Senior Ads
The yearbook staff would like to offer you the opportunity to purchase a recognition ad for your senior in the Lone Star yearbook.
We now have our easiest process yet: order online, upload your text & photos, and then we’ll design the ad for you to fit the theme and specifications for the 2025 yearbook. Our students will design the ad with the guidance of our editors, and you’ll be allowed to approve it before publication. This will ensure the highest quality production for your ad.
Note: ads shown above are from previous years and sizes, specifications and design will change from year to year based on the design of that year’s book. Check out our order form with sizes and information below.

Please note that we MUST receive text and images within the listed photo deadlines for the pricing to stay in effect. We reserve the right to refund and have orders repurchase at the next pricing tier if photos and text are not submitted. The early pricing is in effect to help us anticipate the number of pages needed and to meet our publishing deadlines. Late photos and text disrupt our student staff's productiveness. When available, ads purchased after the final deadline are available on a first-come, first-served basis; a $50 late fee will be applied.
How to purchase an ad without your materials so that you can upload photos & text later:
For the headline, put your student's name, and then you can type in that you will submit the message later. You may have to check: Skip Photo Upload - My ad will not contain photos and then check the Certify button.
Then our Ads Editor will send you a Google Form from [email protected] so that you can upload your photos and message by the photo deadline.
After you upload, the Editor will design the ad and send you a proof - if necessary, you can adjust the photos or message at that time before it is finalized.
How to purchase an ad without your materials so that you can upload photos & text later:

Senior Ad Specifics/Guidelines
In accordance with the Austin Independent School District guidelines and Texas law, senior ads that depict, refer to or involve illegal activities will not be accepted.
Publishing of senior ads is at the discretion of the yearbook editors under guidance of the adviser. It should go without saying, but the following criteria must be met for an ad to be published in the yearbook:
-No references or photos related or showing alcoholic beverages.
-No references or photos related to drug use or anything drug related.
-No references or photos related to gun usage or anything gun related.
-No references or photos related to the smoking of cigarettes, cigars and/or other tobacco products.
-No references or photos with sexual harassment(ie: degrading name(s) or suggestive material).
-No references or photos with negative comments concerning race, religion or groups of people.
-No references or photos with inappropriate hand gestures or gang symbols or gang-related activities.
-No references to rude or suggestive song lyrics.
-No ads will be accepted that contain cut up pictures. Collages will not be accepted. The yearbook staff will size the pictures and design the ad.
-Messages should be written as a personal tribute to the accomplishments of or best wishes for the senior. Messages in support of a political cause or issue will not be accepted.
