SENIOR ADS - READ THIS FIRST
We LOVE senior ads and we're so glad you want to purchase one for your senior!
BUT FIRST -
Please understand that the yearbook staff is on TIGHT deadlines with senior ads.
-If you purchase before Oct. 23, you will need to supply photos and text by Nov. 6.
-If you purchase in the second window, between Oct. 24 and Nov. 20, you will need to supply photos by Dec. 4.
-If you purchase in the final window, between Nov. 21 and Dec. 18, you will need to supply photos by Jan. 8.
We cannot start your ad without photos and text, therefore if you do not purchase and submit your photos and text by the above date, we will refund your ad and you will need to repurchase at the next price point. Your space will not be guaranteed.
Can I change out my photos after submitting? Yes! Once you get the ad proof emailed to you, we will allow you a chance to change out photos or text before we finalize your ad. Typically, you will have a week after you receive your proof. After your ad has been finalized, we do not guarantee any changes.
What if I want to use professional photos but haven't had them taken yet?
Your ad will not be able to have those photos in them (maybe save them for grad announcements?), unless your photographer can guarantee you'll receive the photos by our photo deadline. Schedule now!
What kind of photos should I use in my ad? We get everything from baby photos to vacation or backyard photos taken on a phone to professional portraits. Any will work, but if you are purchasing now, we will need them by the photo deadline.
How do I purchase when I don't have my photos or text yet?
Reminder, you MUST submit by the photo deadline or your ad will be refunded. To purchase without the materials: For the headline, put your student's name, and then you can type in that you will submit the message later. You may have to check: Skip Photo Upload - My ad will not contain photos and then check the Certify button.
Then our Ads Editor will send you a Google Form from BowieSeniorAds[at]gmail.com so that you can upload your photos and message by the photo deadline.
After you upload, the Editor will design the ad and send you a proof - if necessary, you can adjust the photos or message at that time before it is finalized.

The early pricing is in effect to help us anticipate the number of pages needed and to meet our publishing deadlines. Late photos and text disrupt our student staff's productiveness. When available, ads purchased after the final deadline are available on a first-come, first-served basis; a $50 late fee will be applied.
Please make sure you've read and understand all of the above before purchasing - and don't forget to order your senior's yearbook with their ad!
